A liqueur is a sweetened spirit, 15-30% ABV, with a pronounced flavour — the second most important ingredient of most cocktails after the base. BrandBar's bitter liqueurs anchor a Negroni or an Aperol Spritz, cream liqueurs are for layered shots and digestifs, fruit liqueurs mix universally with soda or tonic. We produce them ourselves, controlling the flavour at every stage.
