How much to order for an event
The working figure for a 4–5 hour event is roughly 3 cocktails per guest: the first hour is the peak and the pace drops after that. A one-litre syrup bottle covers around 60 servings; a 0.7 l bottle of spirit makes about 14 cocktails at a 50 ml pour. Send us the guest count and the format and we will work out the list for your specific menu rather than guessing.
Formats we work with
House parties and birthdays, corporate events and team days, weddings, launches and openings, festivals with a bar station, film shoots. What changes between formats is less the range than the packaging: where there are many guests and the queue moves fast, litre syrups and simple two- or three-ingredient cocktails pay off.
Ready sets instead of building from scratch
Cocktail sets are the fastest way to cover an event bar: the box already contains everything for a specific drink along with the recipe, so there is no compatibility maths to do. Sets come in alcoholic and alcohol-free versions — the latter covers drivers and non-drinking guests without a separate menu.
How to order
Send a request with the date, guest count and event format — a manager will calculate the volume and send a quote. In Kyiv delivery arrives on the day of the event or the day before; elsewhere in Ukraine we plan 1–3 days ahead. For large events, please allow at least a week.

Yes. Send the date, guest count and format and we will size the order against your menu and send a quote. For large events, submit the request about a week ahead.
What about guests who don't drink alcohol?
Take alcohol-free cocktail sets, or syrups with sparkling water and juice: drivers and non-drinking guests get drinks that look the same, with no separate menu to prepare.
