What does BrandBar sell?
BrandBar is a Ukrainian producer of syrups, liqueurs, spirits, wines and ready cocktail sets. The catalog holds 300+ items for home bars, parties and HoReCa venues. We have been making BrandBar syrups and liqueurs ourselves since 2001 and select the rest around cocktail recipes.
Do you deliver across Ukraine, and how long does it take?
Yes. We ship daily via Nova Poshta and SAT to any city in Ukraine — usually 1–3 business days. In Kyiv we offer next-day courier delivery or pickup from our space at 30 Sholudenka St. Glass is packed in protective material.
How do I choose a syrup or liqueur for cocktails at home?
Start from a cocktail you like: mojito needs mint syrup, tequila sunrise needs grenadine, piña colada needs coconut. The free BrandBar constructor builds the drink layer by layer, calculates ABV and volume and saves the recipe. If you are unsure, our consultant will suggest a flavour in chat or on Telegram.
Do you work with bars and restaurants wholesale?
Yes. For HoReCa, a manager prepares the current price list and agrees the range, minimum order, payment, documents, and timing. The Cabinet can prepare a replenishment draft from entered data, but a person always confirms the order. Details are on the For business page.
How many cocktails does one bottle of syrup make?
A 0.7 L syrup bottle yields roughly 35–45 servings — a standard pour into a cocktail is 15–20 ml. A 0.5 L liqueur gives about 10–12 servings at a 40–50 ml pour.
What is the shelf life and how should I store it?
Unopened syrups keep for 12–24 months at room temperature away from direct sun. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4–6 weeks. Sealed liqueurs and spirits have no fixed expiry; once opened they are best finished within a year, with the bottle stored upright.
