General terms

A product of proper quality can be returned within 14 days of receipt if it hasn't been used and keeps its original appearance.

• — Seals and protective elements unbroken
• — Receipt or order confirmation available

What cannot be returned

Under Ukrainian law, food products and alcoholic beverages of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. The exception is a defective item or an error in the order.

How to request a return

1. 1Contact us with your order number and reason.
2. 2Receive confirmation and shipping instructions.
3. 3Send the item, keeping the shipping receipt.
4. 4After inspection we refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Funds are returned via the same method used for payment.

• — Bank transfer — up to 3 business days
• — Cash on delivery — to the provided details

Defective or wrong item

If you received a defective or wrong item, we'll arrange the return and replacement at our expense, or refund the full amount including delivery. Please photograph the issue — it speeds things up.
